in-person private lessons

Effective January 1, 2024, we will be using iClass for ALL private lesson booking! We hope this this will be a more convenient process as it allows the following features: 

1. Using one system for all Brandon All-stars programs; iClass houses all other gym programs  

2. One form of payment can be used for everything 

3. Fundraising and account credits can now be used for private lessons 

4. You can see your child’s full schedule all in one place 

As we make this transition, we wanted to provide helpful information for how these lessons can be booked, rescheduled, and cancelled: BOOKING PROCEDURES

FLYER STUNT PRIVATES
IMPORTANT: TO BOOK A FLYER STUNT LESSON, PLEASE CALL 813-571-7744 OR email lexi@brandonallstars.com!

ALL cancelled private lessons MUST be cancelled outside of a 24-hour period. If a lesson is cancelled within 24-hours, the lesson(s) are non-refundable and non-reschedulable. If your athlete is sick or injured, a doctor's note MUST be presented via email to admin@brandonallstars.com in order for the 24-hour rule to be reconsidered. If a doctor's note is not provided, a $25.00 cancellation fee will be posted to your account.

NOTE: Private lessons cannot be booked online within 24-hours. The system is time sensitive and will not allow a client to book a lesson if it is within a 24-hour period.
