  • Recurring Lesson Hours of Operation are:

    • Monday-Thursday 1:00-5:00pm

    • Fridays 1:00-6:00pm

    • Saturdays 9:00-2:00pm

    • Sundays 1:00-6:00pm

  • You must FIRST check the private lesson schedule in iClass and book AT LEAST one lesson in the requested slot before filling out this form.
